Above the Ground

Sometimes delicious hides in plain view, in rows and rows on the side of the road. When you push back the leaves, you find your favourite “above the ground” produce – Brussels sprouts, green beans, squash of all types, peas that go ‘snap’ and perhaps even a berry or two.

Below the Ground

You don’t need to dig very deep to find an amazing array of “below the ground” veggies. It’s here where the root is the shining star – all types of delicious potatoes, crunchy carrots, savoury beets, flavourful onions and fragrant garlic, just to name a few.
